A successful film event! “Food Evolution” prompted many questions for our panel – Lyndal Byford, Peter Langridge and Rachel Burton, with thanks to our MC, Sara King.

The film “Food Evolution” (running time approx. 92 minutes) is a documentary by acclaimed director and producer Scott Hamilton Kennedy. The film was presented last year at the Plant and Animal Genome Conference in San Diego where Scott Hamilton Kennedy described their investigation into the future of food and the role of science and technology in detail.   The trailer can be seen on the homepage of the FoodEvolution website: https://www.foodevolutionmovie.com/
